1. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original tags, labels, barcodes, user manual and invoices etc.

2. For return/replacement customer should inform within 2 days, after receiving of the product.

3. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by BestCase.in in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.

4. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled.

5. Replacement will be initiated after the receiving of product.

6. Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.

7. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

8. In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
